  • 18+ months of IT experience (or equivalent).
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent time management skill.
  • Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.

Your Tasks

We are seeking candidates for an opportunity to provide desk side support at one of our partners client's location. The position is completely onsite, and for 40 hours a week. Your regular working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM local time excluding bank holidays. The ideal candidate must deliver exceptional end-user support while complying with SLA's established with the end client, must be fluent in English. 


JOB DUTIES: 

  • 18+ months of IT experience (or equivalent).
  • Responding to client support queries (Service Now, Remedy, Jira).
  • Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktop, printer, laptop and other computer peripheral hardware problems.
  • Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
  • Talking to clients through basic problem-solving processes (Kiosk environment).
  • Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems (Imaging and Reimaging).
  • Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed end users' expectations.
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Provide day to day local/remote desktop support.
  • Handle inbound calls and answer questions.
  • Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
